#011. Order Submission & Acceptance

Placing an order online or via WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is formally accepted once our automated inventory system assigns a unique Order Number (e.g. LUM-20261017-0001). Lumelle reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect contact information or unreachable telephone numbers.

#022. Transparent Pricing in 3 Currencies

All product prices are stated transparently in Indian Rupee (₹ INR), Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT), and Chinese Yuan (¥ CNY). The total price displayed at checkout includes the product cost, applicable duties, and item-specific fees. There are no surprise hidden levies upon doorstep delivery.

#033. Inventory Availability & Stock Tracking

We maintain live inventory tracking across our ateliers and hubs. In the rare event that an item or variant is found to be damaged during pre-shipment quality inspection or oversold, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative, priority dispatch, or immediate cancellation.

#044. Cash on Delivery (COD) Agreement

By selecting Cash on Delivery, you enter into a binding agreement to accept delivery of the parcel and pay the exact invoice amount in physical cash to the courier representative. Repeated unjustified refusal to accept genuine COD orders may result in restriction of COD ordering privileges.

#055. Coupons & Promotional Rules

Promotional coupon codes and automatic thresholds apply subject to individual promotion criteria. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a single coupon code may be used per checkout. Strikethrough compare-at discounts and fee reductions apply automatically where eligible.

#066. Limitation of Liability & Friendly Resolution

Lumelle is dedicated to highest customer delight. In the unexpected event of a commercial dispute or transit mishap, Lumelle's total liability is limited to the purchase amount paid for the affected merchandise. We resolve all customer issues cordially via [email protected] or WhatsApp.
